Our method of counseling is "cognitive behavorial therapy,: because the way we think impacts the way we act. Neglecting our own needs due to stress can lead to mental and physical decline. Asking for help can be challenging to you as a human being, but it is the greatest gift we give to ourselves. We believe people are quite resilient, but difficult times often challenge the strongest of the strong, and help is needed.
Maya Angelou, said it best in her poem "Still I Rise" as she speaks to our inner strength and how, no matter what the circumstances -- "WE CAN RISE." Help is available!
